This is a quick screen about your current movement level which can help me to program an adequate corrective protocol, that prevents you from the injuries and increase your performance.
You will record yourself with your smartphone or any other camera, while you execute 4 fundamental movement patterns and 2 clearing tests.
Do not worry, we are not chasing any perfections here and these movements are very simple to do.
After you finish, you will send me the videos to my email address, then just wait for the result.
In one week I will send you your 3 months personalized corrective program, which is going to help you to improve your performance and prevents you from injuries.
